We had the pleasure of working with Olivier over a few months. His professionalism and passion for his profession shone throughout our interactions; he was always courteous, informative, and generous in sharing his knowledge of mid-Island, even pointing us towards a couple of areas we hadn’t even considered, where we ended up finding our new dream home. Thanks to the strategy he suggested about the timing of our offer, we were successful in buying the property. Furthermore, he assisted us by indicating the method and resources to get the well water analyzed on our own while we were on a time crunch and couldn't wait for a technician to collect the sample. After the purchase, Olivier went above and beyond first organizing the inspection of a wood stove, then having significant work done to bring it up to code. We can only highly recommend Olivier for the pride that he takes in his work and the care he feels for his clients.
